Wow, I don't know how I missed Cibo Matto (yeah, basically) reunited and on tour. They are actually playing Washington DC tonight and Boston tomorrow. Wow wow wow. I'm very upset that I'm missing this. If you were able to catch Cibo Matto on tour, please send us a review!

Cibo Matto
I was very surprised when I was driving through Mansfield the other day and saw a sign for Cibo Matto Cafe. What?! According to their website, "Cibo Matto pronounced, (chi-bo / mah-toe ) translates to (crazy food)." Naively, I never knew this was the meaning of Cibo Matto. But I guess it makes sense because a lot of the songs have references to food (Know Your Chicken, Sugar Water, Artichoke, The Candy Man, Apple, Beef Jerky, White Pepper Ice Cream, Sci-fi Wasabi and my favorite, Birthday Cake. I wonder if the owners are fans of this great, great band?
